Very simple to put together, the end holding the active roll of toilet paper could use a bit larger of a stopper to prevent the roll from falling off, but it works well enough and is stable.

It’s not the greatest quality it works. I’ve purchased others that I like better than a sturdier. This one’s a little flimsy, but it’s not bad it works.
