Item worked fine and then when I went to charge it the first time it wouldn’t turn on after. I reached out to the seller and they were answering me at first and then just never responded. I would like either a new product sent or a full refund! There is supposed to be a year warrantee

Good flashlight and decent laser. My problem is that when I received the item it’s seems like they got the flashlight as a return and just shipped it back out. Had no type of packaging or wrapping. I fully charged it which shows all bars light up but when I turn on the flash light only 3/4 bars are lit.

Great light ? Perfect fit edc and looks awesome. Gotten many compliments on it. I did have to adjust the charge port because it got pushed in but simple enough to take apart for a quick fix.. highly recommend this lightUPDATE: LIGHT IS STILL GREAT BUT I FORGOT TO MENTION THAT IN THE DESCRIPTION IT SAY HIGH , MEDIUM , LOW . ACTUALLY THE LIGHT ONLY HAS HIGH AND LOW.. OR IS MINE DEFECTIVE?

So far the handheld laser and flashlight works great. Pretty bright at the highest setting and laser definitely has a far range.
