It was easy to install, good compact size. It takes 20 min to warm up to desired temperature. I think it is good for small hand towels. The control is simple but tricky to set up, because when you press temperature button, it shows 22 degrees, then we figured that you have to hold the button to get higher temperature and then let it go... The price was good for a warming rack . Recommended for small space and have no expectations that your towels will get dry , but they will be warm for sure

I've had this through two winters now and although this does slightly warm the interior of the towel if placed correctly along the bars, I couldn't claim that this is a great towel warmer. My experience with towel warmers in the past meant the whole towel will be cozy warm after a shower, and the bars are just are not as efficient as other options available on the market. Pro: the installation is easy and using the buttons and functions are simple to understand.

We just remodeled our bathroom and where we put the towel warmer (in photo) is where I usually just have a rack to add towels and decided to upgrade to this.The control panel is intuitive and responsive and the rack was an easy install. Do know the temp is in Celsius. It took about 20min to go from 25C to 55C (it can go to 75C). The manufacturer states it can be used for wet swimsuits and such but oddly the actual rack had a warning sticker stating “WARNING Product installation away from showering room bathtubs or some places print to water sputtering” (with one word being misspelled). It is IPX4 waterproof heated towel rack so not sure what to think about the conflicting info. I deducted a star for this.I have towel decoratively on it right now since we are in the warmer weather seasons in Texas but this will get great use in the winter. I will also use for damp items that need to be dried.

This towel warmer is well built, all metal hardware except for included drywall anchors. Instructions were included and covered the basics and the controls are easy to use. It heats up quickly. Only miss here is that the instructions basically tell you to measure the holes and get close, I feel like a template of some sort would have been nice for the mounts that go on the drywall but instead the manufacture just says basically "good luck, hope you're good with measurements" and can end up getting it all close enough; this leads me to believe that either the finished product dimensions could be vary between parts or they didn't want to include an over sized piece of paper with the markings to make this easier. Either way if you don't mind whipping out the 'ol tape measure and carefully marking the points the product works as described.

This towel warmer comes in a beautiful matte finish that looks very nice and simple. The installation allows for in wall wiring which adds to its style and simplicity. You can also just use an outlet and plug it in.When tested it went up from 30 degrees to 60 in 5 minutes, but then from 60 to 69 degrees in about 20 minutes. Controls are very easy to understand and straightforward. Minimal assembly and very easy installation. Great solution for warming up the towels and even as a portable space heater!

I can't tell you how excited I was for this. I feel like I did a lot of research too and thought this was a good option in this price point. It seemed to heat up to 70 pretty quickly but even with the towel on it for 30+ minutes it felt only mildly warm and really on the main place that it contacted the top bar. I even tried to weave my towel around to create more contact and was still underwhelmed. Assembly instructions were fair at best. It does look nice but the cord is very thick and not super long.

This was my little trick to keep my husband from putting his towel that he likes to use draped over all kinds of places! And keeps the musty smell away. He has 100% put his towel over it since we installed it. Love the plug in application, and the timer works very well.
