I feel like I'm in a fancy hotel, stepping out of the shower and grabbing my heated towel! This was easy to install, and doesn't take up too much space in your bathroom. You can either mount on the wall or stand it on the floor. Great for the winter time. Nice stainless finish should look nice in most bathrooms. The drying time was quick as long as you make sure the entire towel touches the bar.

All in all the product is great. It does what it is supposed to do - warm towels. However, it lacks one major feature that, to me, is a safety issue. If you don’t set a timer or manually turn it off, it will stay on. It should have an automatic timeout for some period of time. And the buttons are very sensitive which although a good thing it means that the rack can be turned on accidentally.

3 stars. Here’s why:I’m mostly considering what this product actually does relative to its price tag and it just doesn’t balance out. I didn’t have any issues with installation as it’s very straight forward and no operation issues either. The bars heated up completely without fail. It definitely has the potential to burn you. I tried a towel after 20 minutes of placement and the part of it that comes in direct contact with the warmer was adequately heated, but the rest of the towel wasn’t. And yes, I had it folded. So, I placed it back on the bar for another 40 minutes. Even with 60 minutes on the warmer, the towel was still about the same as it was at 20 minutes and this is with the warmer completely heated. I’m also thinking of the fact that it’s summer time right now and when wintertime strikes, the warmer will surely be even less effective at warming a towel, as surrounding temperatures play a part in this.I also want to note obvious quality issues. The black coating is missing in several places even though the rack was packaged well. Also, I noticed a bit of black staining on the white towel I used with it. I could live with this and strictly use colored towels had it actually done its job…At the end of the day, it just doesn’t heat the towel well. So of course, this is simply a design flaw. I’m convinced any warmer of this style would be just as lacking. Again, what I really want to emphasize here is the cost. There are warmers in this style that cost half of what this one does and I just know they do the same thing. Considering that, I would tell you to bypass the style of warmer altogether and go with another option. If you like this style and care more about your towel drying quickly, then go for it. But just be advised, you can do much better price-wise. I’m going to go with a bucket style warmer next, because warmth was the main reason I wanted it. I don’t have adequate heating and in the winter time, a warm towel feels like Heaven straight out of the shower. If you’re in the same boat as me, look elsewhere.

This is a nice product design-wise. I like the clean, simple lines of it. It can work with any decor and it’s easy to install and operate. The warmer has a pre-installed power cable on it, which is plenty long for standard use. It doesn’t seem to warm towels exceptionally well though. The part of the towel that is touching the bars does get warm, but the rest of the towel does not. It is a nice treat for when you step out of the shower, but it's not like pulling a fresh towel out of the dryer. It takes about 10-15 minutes for it to heat up completely and honestly, I think the rack is a bit overpriced for what it does.

Hands down SHARNDY is the best on the market. I installed another MFG towel warmer and it felt cheap and took forever to heat up.I have installed several of these SHARDNY towel warmers and they all had a nice finish and are super sturdy, this one is no different. I am super happy with their product.
