In several places, material for this towel warmer states that it can be controlled by wi-fi. Not so. That's one reason I bought this and it's not possible to control via wi-fi or Bluetooth. It does a decent job of warming towels, but mostly in the middle. I'm using it, but not like I wanted to.

Looks great? Quality is great, have not used the warning feature yet. The shelf on top is an added useful feature, very happy with this purchase,

I like that it dries my towels and keeps them fresher but design is a bit awkward. The towel bars are too close to the wall so its hard to hang the towels. I change my towels multiple times in a week so it really bothers me.The top shelf is also kind awkward. Its a bit wobbly.

This rack-- and especially the shelf above it-- is practical and useful! The time settings allow a brief heat or an extended one and the warmth thrown is lovely! In addition, this does contribute to the warmth of the room

This towel warmer, dryer keeps smaller hand and face towels dry and warm when needed. This unit is compact, installs in under 30 min depending on the mounting and placement. The timer is nice if just drying or can be set so that after use it turns off. The white finish is complementary to any decor. Recommended for style and versatility.

We replaced the towel rack we had with this one since we had some issues with it. This one is so much better and what we were hoping for. First it looks really nice, and well made. I really like the shelf on the top, that seems unique for a towel rack. It does heat the towels fast, and you can adjust the heat to get them just how warm you like it. Easy to install, very functional while looking great.
