I got mine and have had it for 7+ months. It came out the box, which is very nice, with an immaculate paint job and overall finish. I used have used it professionally for around 5 months of that and its held up just as good as I got it. For a portable hand held box this is a must as 100% its steel. I put little sticker type rubber feet on it so I wouldn't damage other paint jobs ors its own

Really cute, sturdy toolbox for less than the manufacturer's website. Made of steel with cute details. It can be used for tools or as part of your home decor. There are endless uses for this cute box.

It just works. You never have to stuff around with it. You’re able to adjust the size of the compartments on the upper drawers to be either one big section or up to 4 smaller ones (on each side). It works just as well for traditional “tools” as it does for storage if literally anything. I use one for my travel essentials on road trips.

This tool box is for storing tools & gizmos in precise ways. It’s well-made & eye-catching, & not for those inclined to stuff their junk in a haphazard way. I like it a lot.

This toolbox is a work of art. I mean really...you could put this on a pedestal and shine alight on it and in an art gallery. The different textured surfaces and the flawless glossy metallic paint are very pleasing to look at. It seems to change color under different lighting conditions and viewing angles. It is very well constructed with thick metal sheet. It is not flimsy at all. The fit and finish is incredible and he attention to detail is astounding...the stamping of the metal and the bends are crisp and perfectly aligned. The opening and closing of the box is smooth...it's almost to nice to put tools in :)This is a similar box to the Trusco.. I would guess they are made in the same factory. I chose the Toyo over the Trusco because with the Toyo you are able to open up just the top half of the box. With the Trusco you have to open the entire box even if you only want a tool in the top section. It not a huge box being only 14 inches long...but it is the perfect convenient size. The designers must have planned this..it is just large enough to carry any common tools you may need without throwing out your back by being too heavily loaded down. I have larger toolboxes with the "top carrying handle" that are impossible to pick up because the are so full of tools i don't really use...so they sit on my bench while i make multiple trips back and forth to the box..which defeats the purpose of the portable toolbox in the first place!!!..this box solves that problem...and does it with a sense of style.This tool box is double the cost of one of the cheaper ones...the ones with the removable tray. But this Toyo box is 10 times the toolbox in value as 100 years from now the Toyo will still exist in someones collection, while the others will have long since rusted away. This is truly a buy it once and keep it for life purchase.The workers in Japan that built this box should be pleased.

Solid metal with riveted hing construction this thing is pretty stout. The metal texture looks great and makes it resistant to denting. It holds more than you think and the dividers allow you to meet your custom storage requirements on the top shelf. Also I purchased the blue colored box and love the color, the pearl blue makes it look quite nice

It's a compact steel toolbox with slotted dividers. The blue one is a nice color, but the paint wears off quickly as it seems to lack a primer coat. As long as you're not using this for marine use, it will last you decades.The tension for the trays is created with rivets and cannot be adjusted, as it gets more use it should be easier to swing open. The top will open with rough handling or if it tips over. If you want to hold it shut you must tie your own wire, padlock, or carabiner around the small lock hole.It's a good size for an small jobs or hobbyist. Where you might want to have some small parts and small specialized tools, such as a box for residential electrician work for a general contractor or handy man. Get a box for each sort of job you do and grab it from your truck as needed. Pack some drywall patch, fiberglass tape, mud, keyhole saw, and putty knives for a wall repair kit.
