The Sway Bar was particularly helpful for our 2014 Prius Plug-in. This along with a Tower Strut on the front end provide a much more stable, enjoyable, and safe ride, greatly improving the sloppy handling of the Prius. With the proper tools on hand (Sockets, wrenches, torque wrench), installation took about an hour. I found access to be much easier by removing the back wheels and jacking up the rear of the vehicle. I used jack stands and front wheel chocks to ensure safety while installing. Rear end clearance, per the photo (white sway bar) is slightly compromised, but should not be an issue if driving over typical road surfaces.

Perfect fit and easy to install. Came with everything necessary to install. Huge improvement in handling. Cured the sway I was having when driving at high speeds.

This is one of the few mods that gives you an instant improvement in handling. Combine this with the TRD springs and a Cusco front swaybar and your Prius will maneuver at speed like a sports car. This takes about 20 minutes to install with a floor jack, jack-stands, and some ordinary tools.

Well worth the money. I had already installed the TRD springs. I could still feel the difference after I install the rearSway bar. Feels much more planted. The rear sub frame on this car must flex a lot. I would buy it again for sure.

It gives better corning and stable the car in turn. Installation is easy to finish in less than 1 hour without taking part the rear suspension. I rolled the rear wheels up a ramp, that give me enough room to go under the rear suspension. Hardest part is to install the End Links to the rear suspension. You will need a 15mm open wrench to tighten the screws.
