I got myself a new used vehicle and when looking under it, I noticed how rusty the transmission pan is... I have honestly never seen one so rusty, so I figured I'd best change it out before something serious happens... I have not done the swap yet, but I did crawl under the truck and hold this up to the OEM pan to verify fitment... Everything looks like it will light up well, and it looks just like the OEM pan... One thing nice about this one is that it has the drain plug, for some reason, alternative offerings don't have the drain plug... I do wish it came with a gasket though, but basically none of them to and that is simply stange to me as, it's an essential part to swaping this pan out, but then again the service manual also says I need to replace all the screws, yeah that isn't happening either, but I will buy a new gasket and I will clean up the original screws and give them a dab of silicone on the threads before re-installing as the new OEM screws have some pre-applied sealant to the threads and I believe that is what they suggest they be replaced...
