I purchased this product and 3 days after install it failed and I need to know if it's possible to exchange for a new one or if I'm stuck with a $400 paper weight. Depending on customer service I may change my rating

I have mixed fealings about giving a five star rating on this one. The first valve body shipped to me had a defect, (missing TCC solenoid retainer clip), I didn't notice the clip was missing when I installed the valve body. I realized something was wrong when the torque converter would not locked up. I contacted the guys at Shift Rite through Amazon and they had another valve body shipped out the next day no questions asked. Shift Rite stands behind their products and made things right for me. The replacement valve body is performing perfectly.
