Great product but had a small ding in a drain cover. Customer service was great. They replaced it swiftly. Would definitely recommend this seller!

Great build quality and it's nice to drain off the side instead of the center for this size of pan. Not many options out there for left/right drain in a 48" length.I put down a cement base to help level it out. Even with a plywood floor that was pretty level, I just wasn't comfortable with any wobble at all. The cement base makes this shower base, literally, rock solid.Also, the tile lip is pretty thick. That coupled with the fact that my frame-in had up to 1/4" gap that I had to shim to screw in, I placed my wallboard up to the lip, and not inside of it. I'm going to use Schluter wrap to waterproof it, so I'll fill in the tile lip and any gaps with thinset when I go to install the wrap.
