I have 3 of these units. Gave older one to my daughter. Keep a third at home. All units are rarely used. So far daughter hasn't reported with an issue- yet. This one purchased just last July 2024 as I have begun to populate my closet with 100% cotton and 100% linen clothing, has stopped working, using for travel and used 3x : no heat, no steam, tried lower water, a different outlet plug to no avail. I fully can't trust taking it on any trips now. Starting to wonder if the home version is not going to work when needed.Really a bummer. As when it worked, was a great size, and heated well. Liked the way you can hold it vertical and use as iron. :(

Great steamer for the price. Have taken it on a few vacations now and its worked out well. It heats up quickly. If you're trying to do several items at once, you will need to refill it, but for 1-2 outfits it is fine. Its fairly compact. It comes with multiple accessories - that I've not needed. And it works as a mini iron for tougher spots.

I bought this steamer to take on a cruise. It doesn't take up much room in a suitcase. It worked very well. It is very easy to use- easy to fill with water; quick to heat up. I steamed 4 mens dress shirts and 2 womens dresses. It did not take long to do each piece of clothing so that they looked fresh. I would recommend this steamer for getting rid of wrinkles in clothing.

It's nice and compact. The water container is held on by magnets. It's a great little steamerCons- it spits out drops of hot water when first used. There is a warning that comes with unit.The handle is a little thick and somewhat awkward to hold for a long time.

Heats up fast and steams great, but the chamber is very small and I can only do 1-2 items at a time depending on the level of wrinkles.

Had this steamer for 3 years before inadvertently leaving it behind in the Dominican. Am ordering another one. This thing is small, but mighty. For me, it works much better than ironing. It tucks into a carry-on beautifully. A travelers must-have.
