If you have a treadmill, this is a no-brainer. You simply apply the lubricant to the applicator, slip it under the belt, move the applicator up and down, remove it, and turn on the treadmill to distribute the lubricant. No loosening the belt or trying to squirt lubricant underneath the belt. It just works and makes quick work of something I needed to do to keep our two treadmills functioning optimally.

Usually you would have to loosen the treadmill mat to allow you to spray or drop some lube in between the mat and the board. This allows you to get it across the width of the board with little to no other work required except sliding the foam in between.
