Note that these are Wifi, not the other ones TREATLIFE had before, which were Zigbee. I really like the "older" version that required the hub (zigbee) - they connected great and worked well. I think these would work ok as well. Unfortunately I don't want Wifi versions as I use Home Assistant.TREATLIFE, please bring back your Zigbee sensors.

If you rent, you need these. Stick 'em everywhere that water has a chance of damaging the floor, the walls, whatever.I have this one set up on my water heater so that if it ever leaks or suddenly explodes, it'll alarm and send an alert to a water ball valve that can shut off the water flow from the input side of the water heater, preventing it from constantly pouring water out.If you own a home... you need these too, for the same reason above. It's also cheap, useful and will save you thousands of dollars and needing to renovate your home.

Connected to Smart Life to detect leaks. Have been unable to get Alexa to see it.

I installed a new water filter and purchased this as a safeguard in case it leaks. It works with my existing Treat Life app and has so far worked great. Luckily, the water filter didn't break, but my dehumidifier (which sits right next to the water filter) backed up and started leaking. I got an alert immediately and fixed the problem before it got too bad. I might have to add more of these around my home!

It's great to have the audible alarm in addition to a notification on my phone. I tested it by placing it on a small drop of water and it worked great.

Thankfully I haven't used this due to a leak, but when testing the device, it worked quickly.I like the size, I put it under my kitchen sink.It synced to the Smart Life app and Alexa very easily. The setup was quick, and its response time to water contact was instant as well. Everything you need and want if you travel.
