I have worked out at Golds Gym since the early 70s and trainedwith the best in the world and started using the straps recently and they work amazing when working triceps and biceps.

I bought these for use with my Total Gym - Slide Bench Trainer. I am super excited to try them out but was impressed with the quality of these. They also come with 2 nice looking Carabiners which make the 10 dollar price point very worth it!

In case you didn't notice by the picture there is a little strip of fabric that runs over the loop that you can use to tighten. It's not going to stay super tight but you can do similar exercises that you would require wrist and Ankle cuffs for and they will do the job. Really like these. Was pleasantly surprised.

I am impressed with the overall quality of this strap for the incredibly low price. It is well padded, feels soft to the touch, and looks well made. It is comfortable use even at high weights. The only thing I was disappointed by is the fairly short length and how limiting that can be for some exercises. But overall it is an incredible value and is much nicer to use than a rope or bar for similar cable exercises.

This is the only tricep rope cable I have come across where you can just pull down a slider to form a seal as tight or loose as you wish on your wrists so you can then use them really affectively. This feature works brilliantly and I can't understand why not a single one of the other rope cable providers offer this really really simple slider they could just add to their cables, really strange!!!
