These are better than the bar my gym provides. My form is a lot better and I can feel it in my Lats more.

Lat bar. This is a huge upgrade over a standard lat bar it hits the lats much better imo it's easier to keep the tension concentrated to the muscles you're working and I feel a better stretch at the top of the rep because of the upswept handles.Row pulley. I like this one as well it's not as much of a upgrade over stock but still worth the coin imo I like how flipping it over drastically changes the muscles worked.Overall I live both bars I only wish I'd not cheaped out and got the 5 piece kit and also wish I'd done it sooner. 31 " is extremely wide maybe if your tall with long arms but 5'3" retired pro bodybuilder not a good fit

These bars are good quality and the grip surface is good. It’s not slippery. The workout itself is great. I use each bar for sets of 2 to hit the muscle slightly different with each lift.
