Product is probably functional enough, but the device I received carries the certification marks for a carabiner (EN 12275), and is marked as having a 35kN breaking strength.It also is marked with a logo indicating you need to read the manual to use it safely, but no manual was provided. In my experience, this lack of attention to detail around the CE safety certifications oftentimes means the markings are fake.I would think twice before using this device at height, or for anything important.

I don't use it for climbing because there are no mountains where I live, but it does hold lots of weight and is well suited for marine and automotive shops. You don't have to use it for climbing. A strong swivel has plenty of uses.

I received this product in exchange for my honest review as part of the Amazon Vine Program. Seller Brand: TRIWONDER lists this as "TRIWONDER Swing Swivel 30KN Micro Rotator Safety Rotational Device Hanging Accessory for Rock Climbing, Hanging Hammock, Web Tree Swing, Aerial Dance, Children's Swing Spinner Hanger". I wanted a safe and strong spinner with full rotation. This is made with quality high strength aviation aluminum that is anodized. It is rated for a breaking strength max 30 KN load (3000 Kilograms) as a straight load. This is plenty and the device swivels smoothly, is lightweight at under 5 oz. Great device, Recommended!
