I bought this as a starting archer, and it took a while to get used to it. Even then, it tended to be somewhat inconsistent, not triggering unless there was a lot more pressure. Some of it may have been my form, but eventually I ended up putting some silicone lubricant for garage doors in it, and it seemed to have improved quite a lot. It became a lot faster, so I had to re-adjust it, but now it is about 1/3 to 1/2 the way through on the scale on the back, and it is triggering more consistently than before (it was almost bottomed before).My advice for any buyer: if your seems inconsistent, consider lubricating it with some spray. Mine is set to be used with both left and right hand (removed the pin and added an extension to the trigger), which I realize is extremely uncommon, but I have an ambidextrous bow that I am shooting half the time with each hand, and it seems consistent now. I wish I had set as a regular thumb release in the beginning, it may have saved me months of practice.

Runs a little Big medium feels like a large only comes with three finger attachment release is very consistent in button or resistance mode.

Way over priced, the front of release is a bit long, so you will need to adjust bow draw length to make up vs most standard hinge or thumb button releases.
