Piece is solid. This was purchased for family use where all of us are at different fitness/strength levels. Not worried at all that any weights could fly off during reps. Everything is locked in well. A must have in your Kettlebell inventory and a great space saver versus acquiring a large number of single-weight kettle bells clustered all over the floor as you grow into heavier weights.

its adjustable up to 20 lbs which is great you only get one so the words sets is a little misleading

The description says 7 to 40lbs. But the actual kettbell has a max weight of 20 pounds. Wouldve purchased something else had i known
