Good solid materials & the instructions are adequate. You will need two large heavy-duty washers to attach the bracket to the truck (not included). It will be a bit tricky to match the correct washer size with the oversize holes on top of the bracket. Be careful not to have washers so large that they overlap on another since the bolt holes are pretty close. Otherwise, a good product at a reasonable price.
