Been going around and around with these people and nothing has been resolved. The parts for my 12 year olds trampoline were wrong, defective and would not work. This was purchased for his birthday a month ago, here we are 30 days later and nothing has been resolved. Now they are telling me that I need to return it and will be charged a restocking fee. What a joke!! I am filling a small claims suit in court tomorrow.

The grandkids loves the trampoline. , easy to put together. It came in 2 boxes and the boxes were not damaged. But there was a 1/2 tear on the mesh floor. We didnt send it back because the kids are visiting. Couldn't return it because of timing. Enjoying it!!
