It’s got character, and once you learn its vibe, it gives good images. Definitely a unique addition to any Fuji kit.

This TTArtisan 23mm f1.8 lens works excellently with my Fuji cameras, and I love its sharpness. It's lightweight, compact, and pretty stylish. The AF works silently and quickly for both still and video shooting. The USB-C upgrade port is on the rear cap of this lens, which is a smart design. However, this also means you won't want to lose it.There is no aperture ring on this lens, which is a shame. Other than that, this is a great budget-friendly lens that you should consider.

I like this budget lens, it's a manual focus so I'm forced to navigate and learn my camera as well as how to operate the manual lens. I recommend this lens.

This 25mm F2 lens offers an excellent balance of portability, image quality, and affordability. With an equivalent focal length of 38mm on a 35mm sensor body, it is versatile enough for a variety of daily shooting scenarios ranging from portraits to landscapes. Weighing just 168 grams without lens caps, it adds only about 3 cm in thickness to the camera body, making it a convenient choice for photographers on the go.This has been my go-to lens when I brought only one camera and one lens out for a walk. Summarized below is my views based on seven months of personal use.Features/characteristics that I like:- lightweight, small in size, easy to carry around, and nearly pocketable;- inconspicuous and vintage look, less likely to offend someone or draw unnecessary attention;- versatile focal length, suitable for a variety of subject matters ranging from close-ups to portraits to landscapes;- great low-light performance and butter-soft bokeh at maximum aperture (F2);- manual aperture ring with clicking sound and tactile feedback that's extremely gratifying;- barely noticeable chromatic aberration;- metal body, excellent build and material quality;- unbelievably affordable pricing for such a quality prime-lens.Issues or drawbacks that I noticed:- manual focus was enticing and gratifying, but sometimes discouraging too due to a higher number of missed opportunities;- threads on the front metal cap became loose after months of extensive use and needed a replacementTips and tricks on manual focusing:It's possible to enable the 1) manual focus (MF) assist and 2) focus check features, which help with manual focusing with a shallow depth of field. Both features are available on page 2 (out of 3) of AF/MF Setting page (2nd tab from the top). For MF Assist, press the right arrow key to go one level deeper in the menu, then enable Focus Peak Highlight, I found the "Red (high)" option the most legible way to highlight areas in focus.Scenarios this lens excels at:- street photography- travel photography- candid photo shoots with friends and family members in a controlled setting, e.g., home or studio- documentary of still objects, e.g. food- medium, medium close, close up, and extreme close up shots of static subjectsScenarios in which this lens or you may encounter some challenges:- shooting stills/video of subjects in movement, e.g., running kids or petsOverall, having learned about the strengths and drawbacks of this particular prime lens through fond memories and many missed opportunities, I am very satisfied with its compact packaging, excellent image quality, and robust build. The tactile feedback and smooth user experience, combined with its extremely affordable price, make it highly recommendable. However, its manual-only focusing method forces you to slow down during the photographing process (not a bad thing), which can lead to more out-of-focus shots when shooting with a shallow depth of field or shooting moving subjects. This has been one of my very first lenses after switching to Fujifilm. If I had to start from scratch with the Fujifilm system again, I would still choose this particular lens.

I'm an amateur, wannabe photographer, so I can't really tell a difference in photo quality when using this vs my fujifilm lens. I do like that it is wideangle and that it is ultra compact. I travel with my kids a lot and this has been so convenient to use as it doesn't add bulk and prevents my camera from getting caught on things. The only thing I wish it offered is autofocus, for the affordability though, I can't complain!

This fits an X-Mount Fujifilm camera without issues. Just be aware this is manual focus. The lens is small and compact and keeps the rather small XT camera small. I did realize just how much i rely on auto-focus, but an autofocus lens at this focal length is 5-times the cost. Have fun with this and keep some money in your pocket. GOOD FIND.
