Die Verbindung sitzt sicher, ohne Wackeln oder Spiel. Genau so, wie es sein muss, wenn man sich auf seine Ausrüstung verlassen will.🛠️ Verarbeitung & Haptik – Da klappert nix!Schon beim Auspacken merkt man: Viltrox meint es ernst mit der Qualität. Das Objektiv kam ordentlich und sicher verpackt an. Die Verarbeitung fühlt sich richtig hochwertig an – kein billiges Plastikgefühl, sondern solide und wertig.Gerade in dieser Preisklasse echt beeindruckend.🌄 Bildqualität – Scharf auch bei genauem HinsehenDie Aufnahmen, die ich bisher gemacht habe, sind durch die Bank weg brillant. Selbst wenn ich die Bilder später in hoher Auflösung am PC anschaue, bleibt alles knackig scharf. The photos from this lens make images look very natural. The lens is short, so it helps with wider focal lengths and is great like a prime lens should be in terms of image and sharpness. The image has a lot of depth and sharpness, which is better when the image is taken in RAW form.The auto focus is very fast, efficient and quiet. It is low noise, so it is good for street photography where quick focus shots are important without getting too much attention with the old-school loud focus lenses.The lens is built very well and is sturdy. The lens feels premium and is a great addition for your lens bag. The addition of a wide aperture with the low focal length makes for great photography with a subject and a landscape, like vehicle photography in a landscape, or a man walking down a street with a lot of artwork behind him.The lens is a great starter and is priced well. It is adequate for anyone with entry-level photography experience and will do the job very well, good enough to last you many years.I would recommend this.

i have looked at the reviews, and even then i was surprised ! This is a very nice lens, and on my apsc sensor sized body it acts like its a 75mm lens because of the crop factor.First i must write that this lens is boxed to survive a nuclear explosion. I had to curb my excitement in using the lens so as not to damage it getting it out of the superb packing and the box.Within minutes of arriving it had been mounted on my sony apsc camera, two cameras in fact, and i began snapping items in and around the house, with curtains closed, which meant very low light.I am all for what the photograph produced looks like, and only a pixel peeper on rare occasions.first impressions were that this lens is more than capable. It focused fast enough for all my photography, which is mainly people posing for a photograph, and static things. In fact i was surprised at how fast and well it focused on both a sony 5100 and 6700 apsc body. i was not expecting it to be as good.The lens itself is small and light weight. Thats all i need to know, it will be easy to keep with me or to be permanently mounted on the camera and in my bag. It's also well made, the focus ring being smooth as anyone could possibly want and with an overall feel of being solid and well made, and the finish of the body is appealing to my fingers and eyes.But now the most important part, the results.Firstly i want to say how pleased i am with the colours this lens produces. It is *exactly* how i like my colours to be, slightly on the warm side. this is a first class result from Viltrox, and yes, i have paid huge sums of money for lenses that give the same kind of colour balance, which Viltrox has managed to produce for literally a fraction of the cost. This colour balance of the lens is so important to me. It gives character to the photographs straight out of the camera, without spending lots of time editing colour balance or using luts.The lens is sharp as advertised and tested by others, i will not contradict them or waste my time adding more. it's good.So having returned to update this review slightly (just the wording of it so its more understandable)i want to give the lens a round of applause, especially considering the price of it, and it being an autofocus lens too.i am happy to support viltrox knowing that the lens they have produced is good. others like viltrox as a manufacturerand have left good reviews also.this is undoubtedly a good portrait lens for an apsc camera where it's equivalent to a 75mm full frame lensin terms of reach. the perspective looks good when photographing people.I will be taking it out on a full frame body soon, and will have a better idea of theperformance on full frame.have fun with your Viltrox 50mm f2 lens ! I think you will enjoy using it.

compared to other e-mount lenses, this one probably has the best value for money. the lens has a great build and image sharpness is pretty good at f1.8, very good at f2.8. a great full frame lens to get as a beginner. autofocus is also decently quick
