The claim is that these work better in the less expensive flare kit and I will know soon . If they're lousy I will let it be known. Otherwise get you a set as they're cheap enough. A slotted kit to hold them in order would be nice but they're simply bagged . These claim to fit after market flare kits more gooder and tighter to do a better job holding in place leading to a better double flare . Shipping was fine as I recall. I buy tons of tools, parts, and other goods from Amazon and can't keep up with everything shipped but I have learned not to always put stock in next day shipping. These were definitely cheap enough to take the gamble.

I have a flaring tool and some of the heads were broken and needed replacement I found these for a great price and couldn't be happier with them. I got to use them to make some brake lines on my 2004 Chevy 2500HD and they worked flawlessly. I would purchase or recommend to anyone looking for some replacement heads.

Needed 3/8 adapter, it didn’t fit, tried in 2 different tube material (aluminum/steel) but it didn’t went in.
