They aren't easy to replace, but they worked to fix some issues I was having with my lights and high beams.If you don't know, before you remove the airbag, disconnect the ground from your battery first, and give it about 20 minutes. You don't want that thing to go off when you are removing it.Good Luck!

Can't see anything wrong with this and they sell it at the dealer for $378. Go figure. Talk about the supply chain and now we see the middle man. Of course Ali Baba has one for $22 but it's tough to always be a winner. The big dilemma with this in the 2002-2006 Sprinter Van is the debate over P vs not-P on the blinker handle. There's all sorts of arguments over which one works for which and there are part number vs. wheel -base comparisons but it turns out they are both interchangeable, the P giving a one light parking light feature and the one much more expensive than this one without the P does not give the single parking light option. So keep it "stock looking" if you don't have the "P" now and you can then go pay $100 or more for the one without the "P" or instead enjoy your new free "P upgrade" feature if you didn't have the P before. So be sure to drive around fellow Sprinter owners to impress them if you did not have the P before and now do, and remember to flip on that single parking light when you need to save battery power.
