This is emomo 5 pin swith model HX90AFU replacement. The control works with okin, mulin, dewert, limoss and kaidi motors commonly found in lift chairs motors. The Swith has 5 pin at the end, if it is different, it cannot be replaced. Packaged with screws and front cover, easy to install.

This switch is faulty. It’s only wired for one motor even though it has two switches. Misleading ad at best

The switch works, unfortunately it is shipped in a small bag, that was placed in another bag so very little protection. The cover plate was bent and not usable. If you are replacing a broke one, use care taking off the old one, you might need it.

My Costco recliner is about 3 years old. The electronic mechanism failed and the foot rest would not move. We researched that it was most likely the switch and decided to replace it. This switch fit perfectly and my chair reclines again. Easy to install, though it doesn't come with any instructions.
