Used them to make one-serving-sized quiches for a ladies' tea. Bigger than mini quiches but easier to serve than a hot pie plate. We also used them for my daughters Brunch-themed wedding reception and was perfect! Ordering more to put in the freezer for quick breakfasts.

I use these for individual coffee cakes. The cakes come out so perfect looking. I’m sure they are great for many recipes. No prep needed - everything comes out with no sticking.

They are great for cupcakes but I also use them to make individual, portion controlled shortcakes. Work great for making giant cookies that don’t spread out and get thin but are thick and chewy and giant brownies. Makes cleanup a snap

I made mini pies for Thanksgiving to avoid the mess of cutting and serving larger pies. These worked so well! Held their shape and the crusts came out perfectly cooked. They were also non-stick, so if you wanted to slide pies out for a no-tin look, they would work smoothly for that. I’m glad I bought these! Just regret not taking pictures… they turned out so cute.

Love these cups. They fit perfectly in my whoopie pie baking pans but they don’t need any supported pan. they hold up well just by putting on a cookie sheet. Great quality, non stick even with brownies. I will be ordering many of these.

These are a great size for a individual mini cake. They held up to the batter and in through baking. Perfect for my baking project. Docked a star because the cake itself stuck quite a bit to the sides.
