My knee was very bruised from repeatedly clashing knees in Muay Thai, so that even the lightest touch was pretty painful. while riding my motorcycle, my motorcycle pants hurt bc the knee pads would press up against my knee. These did a good job of keeping light impacts from hurting so much, while being flexible.
