I waited a full year to write this review. Excellent water filter! It lasted the entire year with the original filter, and I use it constantly. The only indication that it was starting to need replacement was the water pressure. The water still tasted great! Takes the chlorine taste away completely. Very happy with this purchase.

Easy install, easy use. Water tastes great. I checked prior to install how it was to disassemble for filter replacement. Easy peasy. Only 'Downside' is when you turn the water off you still have some coming out of the spigot. Oh and the three replacement o-rings for the spigot were loose. Should place them in one of the bags for the adapters.Very nice product.We are on rural water in East Texas and in a court. Iffy water to start and every time there is a pipe break in the court the water tastes worse and makes for bad stomach.This cleans the water so nicely.

I use this every single day, and itโs been a game-changer! The water tastes clean, fresh, and smooth, with no weird chlorine or metal aftertaste. Setup was super easy, and I love that one filter lasts up to a yearโway more convenient than constantly replacing cartridges. Itโs also compact and looks great on the counter. If you want better-tasting, purified water without the hassle, this is it! Highly recommend!

Water drop is my go to water filter. It is easy to install and it sits right on my countertop.I was able to install it within minutes , and had filtered water. Customer service is A+.They make sure the customer is happy, and I can attest to that.I like this water filter because its not messy and its simple to install.I cook with the filtered water, drink it and give it to my pets. Cant beat the price either.

I bought this to use in an older RV.It works great. Has excellent water pressure.Makes the water taste so much better.It was easy to attach to the sink.It's heavy and well made.I'm very happy with my purchase.I'd highly recommend it.

ONE YEAR REVIEW: well about a month shy I purchased early May 2024 after getting settled into a new apartment. My previous residence had a home filtration so I was used to drinking tap water no problem. After realizing how much bottled water I was actually going through I decided to look for something to easily set on my counter that wouldn't do damage to the apartment faucet. I would 100% recommend this for anyone looking for something simple and compact for small spaces. I was skeptical of the price at first but it is well worth the small investment.

The item does not come with the adapters mentioned in the images. It came with an A3 and B2 (B2 is not even in the picture) which does not work with my standard faucet.

UPDATED JUNE 2024: Immediately upon this review below being posted to amazon, the Waterdrop Filter Company reached out to me with great concern and a sincere desire to make good on their product. I had no idea when I posted the review to give potential buyers a heads up that the company would even look at the review much less respond with such a generous offer. They replaced the filter system at no cost and tossed in a free filter cartridge as well. The new filter system arrived and I noticed that the design is a bit different. Now there is a port on the bottom of the unit where a wrench type device can be inserted to give extra stability and leverage when it comes time to remove the filter cover to replace the cartridge. The tool to do this was also included with the cover wrench and all of the other accessories needed for easy installation. I have not tried to open the filter cover yet as it is a brand new unit, but I feel hopeful that in a year when the filter needs a cartridge replacement I will be able to open it. If not, I feel equally confident that I can contact the company and I will receive prompt help. I'm very impressed with and grateful to the company for the quick and generous resolution to my problem.This is the best countertop water filter I've ever owned. It does what it says it will do. The water tastes great and the unit itself is attractive, unobtrusive, and takes up very little space. My only problem, and it is a huge problem, is that I cannot open the filter when it's time to replace the filter cartridge. Yes, they provide a little wrench but it is absolutely impossible for anyone with no hand strength, with arthritis, or who is just weak in general and without anyone strong in the house to help out to change the filter. I found this out much too late after I'd already fallen in love with the things so today I had to order a brand new unit. I have no one I can ask for help. I read the instructions and I even found YouTube videos detailing how to open the unit but it's impossible. Fortunately, their priced low enough that the cost of buying a new filter is much less than what I was spending for drinking water yearly. They're really could have been a better way for them to have designed this unit for easier opening.

This filter solution gives a very strong but also smooth water pressure flow, it also using the wider standard 3/8" pipeline than the more common with 1/4" pipeline for filter solution. 3/8" pipe is normally quite stiff from my experience, but for compensate that the product provide solution of more silicone soft pipeline for the kitchen faucet.
