I am a complete beginner in the practice of yoga. These blocks have been useful for me when exercising because they provide stability, and help give me the confidence that I am doing certain moves correctly. They are easy to use and highly functional for my needs. The neutral color is a plus for me as well. I think this is a decent value, especially for someone who is further along in their fitness journey.

First of all, I don't practice yoga. I got these for exercising and stretching. Primarily pushups and trying to improve my flexibility. I lifted weights before but suffered muscle injuries over the years. Not to mention that I've been more sedentary in recent years then I'd like.I was surprised by these blocks. They're pretty firm. I don't sense any compression when using them for pushups. They're even firm enough for me to sit on them. The cork material gives them decent grip on my hands and the floor. I can see how they'd be useful for yoga. With that said, I wish they offered versions without any patterns on them. But that's just my personal preference.Someone recommended that I get some yoga blocks to assist with stretching but I didn't know what to expect. However, I'm glad I got this set, and I think they'd be helpful for more than just yoga. I recommend.

Love these! Nice and dense, not too squishy, feels nicer than foam blocks do. Fits the natural/vintage aesthetic of my general vibe nicely - the foam blocks are always too bright or just BLACK. I also like that they're more earth-friendly - I live off-grid on a homestead, so I do try to be aware of things that will break down like plastics and foam, so my yoga gear isostly natural materials... Which also helps me to relax more, due to my sensory issues.Very nice blocks, no complaints so far.

These are exactly what I was looking for. A pair of heavy duty (they say high density, they mean it) yoga blocks to help out with poses and can double for push ups. Really like them. Get them.

Beautiful color and lovely engraved flower print. Sturdy cork that is heavy weighted Provides good support and strong gripping capabilities. Makes a nice gift for a yoga and meditation practice.

heavy duty cork yoga blocks will be perfect for my at home mobility workouts. these feel & look like they are made from very high quality material.things i like:+ solid & very high quality+ heavy - almost 2kg total+ slightly grippy on a smooth surface+ cool designthings to consider:- heavy! maybe too much for on the go?i’m so pleased with how nice these are!

Perfect for me, they do have some sawdust looking stuff that comes off at first but not for long. Having 2 is a game changer for me
