The box came in a little roughed up, but the piano itself was fine. My mother absolutely loves it. I've only played it once or twice, but it sounds amazing and I love the weighted keys.

This is an absolutely gorgeous and great piano. It sounds wonderful and it is very say to play .The only thing I wish is that it has the slide top instead or the fold top. Everything has to be moved in order to close the top. You cannot leave a light on the piano. Other than that it's very easy to put together and came in 1 box. Very pleased.
