Some reviews have complained that these are too small, not for adults. These are to help those of us that need help with portion control during out weight loss journey and they are perfect for that. The are well made, very durable, easy to clean and I love that they have a cup section as I have never seen that before and I really appreciate that for soup, cereal or some fruit. They are not too heavy but definitely heavy enough to not feel cheap. I find all sections perfectly sized for what anyone struggling with portion control would appreciate. And I love the pink color! Makes me happy to use them.

These are perfect for Dad’s meals so that each food is separate and contained; very sturdy and look really nice. Good portion size compartments.

purchased as a gift for older person with vision problems thinking it would help define food locations. Will not be gifting. Very cheaply made. Compartments hold very little. Maybe suitable for a toddler but not appropriate aide for an adult.

I like everything about this plate, including the bowl, which is great for dips, soup, or canned fruit servings.I use it for an older adult with tremors, so it is easier for her to self feed. It is a good size for small portions.The plate is very sturdy, and dishwasher safe.

I like the tray sections for different foods but the bowl is too small for me. Nice color and well made. Would buy again only if they make it bigger so it holds more.
