I love a good baking challenge, and making tarts was always on my bucket list. The height of these are perfect and it's made of perforated metal. This allows a bit of air flow when baking. While it's perforated I found it easy to clean. This set is great for a home baker that wants both styles (round and longer style) of tart shapes. I also like to use the round one for cookies. I'm excited to bake more tarts and level up my baking skills with this set.

I used these tro make tarts over Christmas. They are well made and work well. Relatively easy to clean too.

These tart rings are well made and work nicely for individual tarts. The perforated metal helps with even cooking/browning. They can be a little tricky to clean, but nothing a good soak can’t help with.

I've used other tart pans before, but these pans from Uncle Jack really up my shell making game. Well made with rolled edges and firmly welded seams, they also include venting to make sure the outside of your pastry shells are nicely browned and crisp.You can use almost any dough in these from a short crust to a hot water pastry with great results. The round ones make great bun forms for yeast dough to make hamburger buns and you can use the oval ones for hot dog and sausage buns.If you're looking for a way to up your home baking game, order this.I highly recommend this product.

These are described as English muffin forms or for tart shells. I use the oblong ones to cut out sugar cookie dough and then bake and press two together with chocolate in between. These are vented and reported as heat and rust resistant. I can think of lots of uses for these.

If you like presenting tartlets for entertaining or gifting these will serve you well. The perforated steel sides will let the moisture escape to get a crisper texture and I find that better for cream fillings. I had no issues with dough sticking to the mold.
