This thing works really well. It is lightweight and feels solid — I have been pleased with how easy the whole setup has been. My mother in law is using it to exercise her legs and keep her strength. I recently started using it to help with my shoulder, so it very versatile.

I got this for my elderly mother who needed to increase her exercise. She uses for 10-15 in daily. It has helped with strengthening her leg muscles. Its a good choice and affordable for people who can't use regular stationary bikes or don't have the room for one.

This little leg exerciser does as advertised. It’s helpful for inactive as well as active folks, like me. It quietly burns calories and seems to promote blood flow. As its price point, a great purchase! Highly recommended!!

1. There's a reason why one Bike Pedal Exerciser costs more or less than another. This is another evidence of the same.2. This comment with the number 2 has nothing to do with this product. It's a comment about all indoor bikes. There's a reason why many indoor bikes come with a handle. It's not comfortable without a handle. So, I hold the chair where I'm already sitting while I watch TV but holding my chair is not something I dislike though because of the price, :-)3. I've been using it every single day since it arrived. I do have to tighten the screw every other day or so since it loosens up. I don't mind doing that at all, yes, because of the price, :-)4. I don't look at the monitor at all and so I can't comment on it.5. Yes, the mat keeps it in place but I don't use it since I've a rug that keeps this in place as well.6. This is a comment about all similar bike pedal exercisers and not at all just about this one alone. Most (including this one) bike pedal exercisers are too close to the ground that some people might feel their feet are touching the ground. My feet don't touch the ground but not everyone is my height.

!!!!!!CAUTION!!!!!!!I ordered this exercise machine for my wife. She has not been able to walk for 20+ years. My wife used the machine as a hand bike for about 5mins until we could smell a burning smell coming from the machine. My daughter picked up the machine and was burned by the crank shaft. Luckily the burn was not a 3rd degree burn, but close.!!!CAUTION!!!We sent the machine back, as well as the accessories. We received the new machine today on 10/09/24...Machine packaging was humongous compared to its contents and the machine appears to be used and was missing the instructions and the non slip mat. 😞Buy something else.It did arrive quickly tho.

I first started by buying a similar item what I thought would be best because it was twice the price of this one. Remarkably, the lower price was a factor but no installation which means no packing it back for return when parts are missing . This was a dream the moment I opened it. I continue using it without a problem. I give it a 10 !
