Very fun to paint. Our family has a tradion of hiding "name eggs" when it find yours you get your candy. This helps us not have to make new ones every year 😂

These beautiful wooden eggs are timeless. You can use them as Easter gifts or just keep them all to yourself. It is more fun to give them as a gift. The recipient can paint them, write on them, color them like hardboiled eggs, or just leave them as is.

I have an Amazon parrot that tears up all the expensive bird toys I buy him, so, I saw these wooden eggs in the Amazon shopping app and decided, why not! Best thing I've ever done for my wallet and the bird. Tough little egg and a week later I still have five and number six is still in the bottom of the cage and the bird loves rolling it around. If you have a rescue parrot, you might try these eggs as a substitute especially if previous owners have taken away the eggs laid, causing severe feather plucking. The wooden eggs might just be their saving grace and restore the feathers.

These eggs are made of a hardwood similar to maple and are great for Easter decorating.

Purchased for wood carving. Surprised by the good quality for the price. Appears to be birch or similar white closed grain hardwood of medium hardness. All eggs have straight grain and uniform shape and are reasonably smooth, without any tearout or knots. Width of growth rings varies considerably from egg to egg. I prefer tight growth rings for aesthetic reasons, and about half the eggs are tight, but I'll use them all. I've started carving one, and a sharp carving knife can easily make smooth cuts in this wood, even across end grain.Shipped in a thin clear plastic egg carton which was pretty smashed from its long journey from China, but it did its job; none of the eggs had scratches or dents.
