Love the look and upgrade, as I drive my 1948 Ford daily with my wife and baby daughter. Safety is an absolute priority, so LEDs are a huge difference with old cars that have small tail lights. The only problem is the backside of the lights are not hollow and they hit the original factory Ford screw that holds the tail light bucket into the rear fender. I tried to find countersunk screws but they didn't help. I ended up having to grind the stock screws down and re-cutting a flathead slot with my die grinder. It works fine but I can see how this would pose a major problem for people who expected a direct swap. I'm shocked this issue has not been addressed by United Pacific.
