The shock mount holds my MXL 992. The description says it supports nearly all microphones in a diameter range, but it doesn't mention height. The included pop filter only reaches a maximum microphone height of about 5.25 inches.Otherwise, it does hold my microphone width-wise. The only negative about that is the cable attachment does have wiggle room. Fortunately, the shock mount function does limit that from being an issue if the stand is bumped. The other downside of this mount is that it is difficult to get to the XLR release button once the mic is in the mount.

Good for multiple budget friendly condenser mic setup In a constant location, so your home podcast, doing voiceovers would be best. Also small condenser mics this was the first accessible mic just wanted to check the fit, but overall great product for the price.
