I was familiar with EYEZON from an Envisalink EVL-3EZ I installed in my DSC848 alarm panel years ago. When I found out they had their own panel and offered a more affordable alternative to ALARM.COM for monitoring, I decided it would be a good fit for our short-term rental in Gatlinburg (Airbnb).Since I prewired for door sensors during the build, I simply needed to connect the wires to the panel, install the transformer, add a 4-wire smoke alarm, connect a patch cable to my switch, and set up the system on my EYEZON account. The only issue I encountered was with a faulty smoke alarm, but with the help of tech support, I was able to resolve it.Now, everything is working perfectly. I signed up for their highly competitive monitoring service and submitted the information to my insurance agent — I’m currently waiting for confirmation of a 15% discount on my policy.

DO NOT BUY WITH EYEZONPurchased their UNO Panel, several accessories and the RF receiver. It simply doesn’t work with my DSC sensors even though it’s advertised to work. The 433Mhz DSC sensors work flawlessly with other systems including a Qolsys panel. After several months of trying to resolve this - Eyezon now want to charge me additional amounts to return the faulty items.I’ve asked so many times what other RF sensors I could try as I would buy them - that is simply ignored.AVOID this company and their panel, I feel ripped off and would choose another company and not be SCAMMED if I had the choice again.

My old existing alarm was 11 years old and when i wanted to add a zone to it my local alarm company refused to help me unless i entered into a monitoring contract with them . No thank youDid some digging and found this board from EyezOn and decided to take a chance and give it a try. Making the switch was super easy. First thing i did was marked everything on my existing setup. Then i disconnected everything, removed the old board and installed the Uno in it's place. Then you just log into the interface on your computer or mobile and set it up. It really is that easyHad a few problems/questions and tech support was there for me. Only negative is their hours are 9-4 EST but you can also email them anytimeSo far I'm very happy with the system and glad I decided to make the switch. I have no real alarm experience, but I'm a pretty capable DIY'er so this wasn't any problem at allI was able to repurpose an old Samsung tablet I already owned into a fancy digital keypad just by downloading their free Uno Keypad skin from their website, and i bought a nice custom wall mount from a 3rd party supplier. I'm very pleased with the whole project and the product seems to work great

Easy to install and set up. Once the wiring was connected, it took less than 20 mins to have it online. No glitches and user friendly interface.I have used DSC systems for a long time, and this is an excellent integration of an 1832 with the EVL4 card without the heavy programming requirements.I am planning on upgrading my main house DSC boards with one of these and the zone extenders.I wouldnt waste time on other systems. This is the one for upgrades and new builds.Highly recommended!

Retired alarm panel installer and I loved the power series panel, could program from memory. now they retired them and this connect2go panel is a straight replacement for the 1800 series panels. I had a 1864 in my home it died, replaced it with this and it works with all wireless and peripherals including keypads. it has a few missing zone definitions but I sure their working on that overall "great replacement"

I bought this to replace a DSC PC1616 that was connected to Hubitat via EnvisaLink. The PC1616 always drove me nuts with trying to program it.Straight up replacement was easy. About 30 minutes to pull old hardware and install new hardware.Connecting back to Hubitat took me about half a day but works fine. Biggest change was Uno is based around Honeywell and not DSC.Biggest issue with Uno was labelling zones. I found a problem with the website that drove me nuts. I finally figured it out myself. I sent a request for help and then a follow up identifying the issue. Email promises a reply back within 24 hours and I never heard back. I am under the impression that tech help is not very good.

Great replacement for older DSC Power Series board. Replaced a DSC PC1832 board. Works with existing DSC keypad and wireless devices. Easy to program using the web interface. Would work great for a new install, but DSC Power Series keypads are harder to find these days.Pro:Easy to update existing DSC systemPhone app to arm/disarm, check Activity logs, Notifications, programming...Con:Slight delay in getting notification via phone appRequires a account to program. Wish it had local programming.Local web UI is quite limitedMissing some features that I used in the old DSC system (chimes for specific zone, different chime when zone was activated).

I've been looking for a new alarm system for my home since I had my landline removed and internet upgrated. I wanted to upgrade the alarm system as well to a smart system but utilize the wired system contacts/zones. I had several estimates from companies for over 2K and they wanted $30 month to cellular monitor. After reseaching I found EYEZON had a new alarm panel that you can basicly replace the old panel with their hybrid panel and use the existing wiring. As for the install of the board in my panel I did have to drill one hole for one side no big deal. Watched a YouTube video on the wiring simply showing to transfer the wiring from the old panel to the new one. Once this is done you will have to go to eyezon site, create an account which requires the mac address from the board to set the unit up. After I completed the install and account setup It showed all zones red which suppose to be green meaning closed circuit. After reading and with my electrical background I figured out to add resistors which came with the panel to each zone. The next thing I wanted was to not only have app control but also have keypad control. I purchased DSC power series keypads which EYEZON requires. I have two so I wired them in parallel to board. Also this panel has plenty add ons and upgrades.This is definitely not for everyone to install. I'm an electrician with decent computer knowledge to get me by. This took a lot of patience and reading to get it installed.This is a great product with good support.
