I was worried these pegboard hooks would be weak, but they are not. The angle of the two legs that go in the pegboard allow attaching to the pegboard even though a shelf overhangs near the top of the pegboard.

These hooks are really sturdy, and exactly what we were looking for - however, we should have received 50 hooks, but got just 41. Not a big deal, as we didn't even need that many, but when you pay for them, you *should* get them.

I am using these hooks on a peg board to hold large spools of thread. They hold very well

they are heavy and sturdy, but won't stay in peg board when you remove things...and if the peg is up high, the peg comes flying down at you from above, I ended up throwing them away.

I recieved the peg hooks on time...they are as advertised...heavy duty, sturdy and definitely a good value for the money they cost

I really like the overall appearance and design of these hooks. The ball end is an especially great feature that keeps me from poking my eyes out when I lean too far into the wall of hooks over my workbench. But keep in mind that some items will require an enlarged hanging hole in order to slip over the ball end. I also like the smaller angle of the two "legs" that fit the hook into the pegboard, which makes it easier to move these hooks without having to first remove all surounding items. The downside, however, is there's an increased potential for the hooks to pop out on their own (if, say, you are hammering in a section of pegboard that causes vibration in another section that has lightly loaded hooks).In the end, the next time I need more hooks I'm getting more of these.

these fall out of wall control brand metal pegboard (20ga painted steel) at the slightest upward touch, they are not hooked up enough in the back. if you coat the hook parts in truck bedliner or liquid electrical tape its an ok solution to make them work, but the maker should really redesign the hook angle
