Sprayed with Pam for Baking. The cakes did not require any adjustment to the oven baking time or temperature which I find are needed with some of my pans.

Even though these come rolled up in what seems like an impossibly small box, they're a sturdy, thicker silicone. Unlike many silicone baking pans that are thinner, this one seems less prone to deforming and spilling its ingredients. I have a number of silicone baking molds and the thickness of this does make it one of my favorite ones. If I were to compare it to metal baking pans that people might be familiar with, this reminds me of a heavy Nordic Ware baking pan as opposed to many silicone molds which would be like thin aluminum pans.Food doesn't readily stick to the silicone which makes the mold easier to clean. With all the fluting in each of the Bundt molds, it's a pain to clean by hand without a bottle brush. I much prefer throwing it into the top shelf of the dishwasher to clean it.I'm including photos of cheesy quinoa cakes that we made in this pan. We left some air spaces because we didn't pack the quinoa down well enough, but otherwise they came out looking very nice. I'm sure that a liquid batter would made even better-looking cakes.
