Fits well, and a great idea. Made of cheap plastic. I would pay extra for a metal one, and would like the opening to be a bit bigger too.

This is how mine arrived, with one of the two screw holes broken out. Clearly had been broken during install, returned and then sold on to me. Such brittle and thin plastic plus lack of integrity by seller that I won’t be reordering.

So we thought this would be a great idea for my husband's 2023 GMC Canyon but upon install came to discover that there were two tabs that were preventing the console from fitting snugly. No matter how we tried to align the storage compartment, either the holes for the screws lined up but the compartment itself wouldn't lay flat OR the compartment laid flat but the screw holes were way off. I guess this was due to the GMC Canyon having an AT4 trim level?? However we fairly easily snipped off the plastic pieces that were sticking up (circled) and then everything went well from there! It really is a clever thing to have in the truck and a ridiculously easy install overall. Just wanted to mention that if you have a 2023 GMC Canyon AT4 that this MIGHT not fit out of the box and a little snipping may be required. Very cool tho and well worth it.

Perfect fit, I use it as a drive thru napkin holder. It looks like it came from the factory. It's a nice way to use the empty space and would recommend this product.
