I received the heater and it was missing parts. I left messages and a pic about this and still to this day have not received any feedback from the seller. It does work, takes a bit to light, but once lit it works. When lighting there is a ton of smoke created so if you buy one of these, make sure you are outside. There is no smoke once it lights. The missing part was a protective cloth for the glass tube on the middle holder. One star because customer service is the most important part of owning a business. My business puts the customers above everything.

Very,very hard to light. I even used MAP gas and still very hard to light. Sent it back recieved full refund with no problems.ThanksReese
