I ran some large prints with just a brass nozzle - came out great,I thought because I wanted to run some copper filament that a wear resisranr brass nozzle would help, So, I took down my hotend, replaced the heater core, thermister and nozzle (with one of these)....it clogged (After I performed all the re-calibrations imagineable!)....put a 2nd one of 'these' on it, re-cal'd it, PID and thermal profile.....clogged before it completed the 1st layer on a print, simply changed back to a brass nozzle (same nozzle ID - .4mm) and Bammo! - nice print, had to re-do a 1st layer cal each time also, this one is printing just hunkey dorey - I was almost convinced it was heat creap, na, the hole in the nozzle had solid filament in it, BRASS nozzle works just fine - I even cranked PLA up to 220, 230, 240 and it just wouldn't complete a single line raft around anything!...very disappointed and slightly frustrated.

These nozzles work pretty well as replacements on our Prusa MK3s machines. They outlast brass nozzles, but they do wear out after a few months, even just printing PLA and PETG.Also, FYI, the claim that molten plastic won't stick to these like it does brass is spurious. We have found no difference in that area, and these must be cleaned just as thoroughly after print failures.

I have 2 prusa mk3s printers that were printing perfectly. I changed both nozzles as I've done a ton of times before and now both printers can't get first layer adhesion because of the filament sticks to the nozzle and blobs up...stick to higher quality nozzles

Installed one on my Anycubic Mega S and the print quality improvements were immediately noticeable. Haven't had any stringing or clogs through 3kg of filament. Great choice.

Purchased these to replace the nozzle on my anycubic vyper. The listing says these are a match but as you can see in my photo the length is way off. These still worked fine but my concern is if the difference will lead to failure or a shorted life of the print head as a whole. My print quality was about the same as the original nozzle. Overall I would recommend.

Wildly inconsistent nozzle size. It’s not even ballpark close. I verified each nozzle says 0.4 on the side but the actual hole does not match. Avoid these.

I bought these just over a month ago and I'm now on my second nozzle as the first one had lost at least 20 percent of the nozzle in about a month ! I won't be buying again !

They are slightly easier to clean and seem to extrude more evenly. Worth it.

Livrées très vite, mais ... qualité décevante.On est à des années-lumières d'autres fabricants. J'ai comparé avec une buse du même matériau et même diamètre de chez TriangleLabs (à gauche sur la photo), et le résultat est sans appel. Là où une buse de qualité est bien usinée, très propre et très lisse, avec un trou bien circulaire et ébavuré (TL), celles issues de ce batch sont tout l'inverse : polissage inexistant (surface irrégulière), trou malformé et pas ébavuré. Idem pour l'intérieur de la buse, avec les mêmes remarques.Rendez service à votre imprimante : achetez des buses de qualité ! Certes plus chères, mais bien plus fiables et sans problème potentiel.
