I have to admit when the new ice bin arrived a piece was broken on the ice crusher. I did not contact the manufacturer because I was able to swap out the broken piece with one from my old ice crusher which worked fine. Had fun doing the exchange and saved a lot of money. Overall I'm very happy!

It was a perfect fit for my Frigidaire Gallery side by side and works great, exact replacement that is at least as good as the OEM Part - Manufacturer #241860810 in my case. Be sure to check your refrigerator model and part number to get the right one to fit because different models require different parts of course. It came by FedEx Home Delivery and arrived in 2 days. I actually needed 2 things replaced with my Ice Container Assembly and together the two parts were going to cost well over $100. With this complete unit it replaced everything except for the Ice Maker itself and for way less $$$ than from the manufacturer with better warranty too. It includes the ice bucket, ice crusher blades and housing, complete new auger and drive cam, and even a brand new front plate cover that says "Pure Source Ultra Ice" on it just like the OEM and all came completely assembled in one piece for less than $100 shipped to my door. NO tools, other parts or even instructions needed, everything you need is included, just pull the old ice container out and slide the new one in and enjoy crushed ice again. I could not be happier with Upgraded Lifetime Appliance and will not hesitate to order from them again if needed.

I usually order my parts from the OEM, but after looking at the prices for such a simple thing like the Ice Container, I decided I would take a risk. I had set my expectation bar pretty low that the part was going to arrive and it wasn't going to fit or work at all.First shocking thing - It came the same week I ordered it, so that was fantastic.Second shocking thing - It was NOT all busted up in the box. I feel like I got lucky because the bubble wrap they used in the box was pretty weak and it could have easily been mishandled by OnTrac carrier and gotten cracked in half.Third shocking thing - It fit just like the original container. I didn't have to MacGyver anything which was great.I will definitely be a returning customer as I need more parts in the future!!!

Bought this product to replace our worn out ice maker. This product is terrible! It constantly jams and won’t dispense the ice. You have you open the door and use your fingers to get the ice out of the crushing blades so it will dispense again. This has to be done nearly every time it’s used. Terribly frustrating!
