I seriously love these upgraded silicone proofing baskets! They make baking sourdough so much easier—no more dough sticking or dealing with messy flour everywhere. The silicone is super easy to clean, and the dough keeps its shape really well. My loaves come out looking amazing every time. I also like that they feel sturdy but flexible. If you’re into baking bread at home, these are a total win. Way better than the old-school bannetons I used before!

This sourdough bread making kit is everything you'll need in one. It give you everything you need to not only make sourdough but any kind of bread you want. I completely feel that this is the beginner's kind of kit you would want to buy if making bread is something you want to try. The bowl makes it easy to take out the dough since it is silicone and can fold into a flat price like a plate. The other tools are also something needed to make bread so this kit has it all. Definitely a good buy

I guess I’m back into baking again. I stopped baking after Covid and decided since summer is almost here to get to back to it. I purchased these for that and I am beyond ecstatic! They fold! I dont have a lot of counter spaces and bowls take up so much that. So, these worked great for me. Bonus: it came with a spatula, brush, and some blade. I got attracted to the color but and was happier with the quality. It is super easy to wash and the dough dont stick as much. I’m happy with my purchase. If anything, I will update.

Great kit for making sourdough bread. I love the collapsible bowel so its easy to store in a draw. It makes a great design on my bread also if you want. It's a thicker material and my dough does not stick to the bowl. Easy to clean in sink or top shelf of the dish washer. Comes with a cpl of tools you can use one. I like the one you can cut the dough with makes easier for dividing the bread up. Also comes with a basting brush and a tool to make design with. You can also use this bowel for different things like holding apples.

I gave away my beneton because this one is hassle free and makes my proccess so much faster. No need to over flour my beneton and have it stick to the fabric and i dont even need to empty it to bake. It bakes directly in here.
