This hat is definitely designed for a girl. Although the part that sits on your skull is large enough for a man, the overall look and design reads very feminine. The thin and fluttery brim and the petite stars on top give it a very feminine look.

Looks nice with my patriotic shirt. Plan on wearingit in the July 4th parade. Material is great and doesn'tlook like it will fall apart.
