I connect my Dell XPS to my Samsung Ultra HD TV, but the quality transferring to the TV is a little hazy (I wouldn’t consider it HD quality). However, the cable is functional and I’ll continue to use it.

1st time user so I probably wouldn't know what specifics to look for; but it works, volume is fine, quality it's not the computer's image but it shows pretty well. Had a hard time figuring out how to get the picture to show. After adjusting the computer settings it works like a charm.

So far so good had the wire about 6 months. Hooks up to the MacBook Pro easily. As long as you have your computer plugged in you can close the laptop and just use the monitor you plug into too or keep it open and use split screen.

Updated post:The first cord that I received works, but it seemed to have a loose connection as would disconnect when the device was moved. The seller sent me a replacement cord and after a few days it still seems to be working just fine. I am assuming that the original issue I experienced was a flaw with that specific cord.Original post:I have had this cord for less than a week and It works okay for the most part, but occasionally when I adjust the positioning of my computer the connection will cut out and I will need to unplug the cord and plug it back in for it to connect again. The usbc connection just seems a bit loose on the cord. I am not sure if this is a problem with the production of the cord or a simple malfunction with my particular cord. But overall the cord works fine unless I am moving my laptop with the cord still plugged in.

This item does not work on note 8. Plug it in and says usb connected. When you try to switch it to midi output to mirror the screen it disconnects and just continues to charge the phone. Since there is no way to contact customer support to receive a replacement I have had to start a return. That means I have to wait 7 days after my package has been recueceved by the seller to get a refund. What a rip off. Don't east your time just buy the official Samsung dongle.

Update 1:After the initial review of receiving a faulty and broken product, Rachel from Amiroko Customer Support contacted me through email immediately and offered me the option of refund/replacement. I went for the option of getting a replacement as I wanted to use this cable and Amiroko immediately sent me a replacement without any additional cost.The replacement cable is working great and both Video and Audio output is fluid. I want to shout out here for Amiroko Customer support who are very much persistent in following up with me regarding the status of replacement. These guys are great.So, I have updated my review from 1 start to 5 stars now.Again, Amiroko Customer Support is awesome and the cable is working great. I am very much impressed. :)Note: MacOS you might need to play with some Mac settings to get the audio to your TV.Initial Review:I received my order of USB-C to HDMI cable (on 09/30/2017) for connecting my 2016 13 inch touch bar Macbook pro to my Sony Bravia 65 inch 4K Ultra HD TV. However, I received a defective and broken product upon delivery.The package (plastic envelope and Amazon packaging) was not damaged, but the product inside was BROKEN and the plastic cover of the HDMI end had come out. To test whether the cable itself is working I connected my MacBook and TV through the cable. The video quality was good, BUT NO AUDIO OUTPUT. I checked all the audio I/O settings in my Macbook & TV and everything was correct. Also, I changed different I/O ports for troubleshooting but the product itself is defective and without any audio output.I had checked the product description while ordering and it has been mentioned that it will give both video and audio output. I will be returning this defective and broken product and will wait for my refund.I have also attached one picture of the product to this review.I had ordered this product after reading all the positive reviews here, however, my experience is not what I was expecting.
