In altre parole è impossibile montarla male.

This side mount looks and feels like it’s made with good quality material. Pretty easy to install. You just lined it up and drill 3 holes on the side of the receiver. The 3 nuts did not interfere with any of the moving parts inside the receiver. I am very pleased and impressed with this mount.

This is extremely easy to install and works great. If you're unsure about the install, look on youtube for videos. There are a few good ones and they'll walk you through it.Be sure that you know if you have a stamped or milled receiver AK as that will change how you install it. If it's stamped, you can simply use the screws and nuts with a bit of loctite. If it's milled, you're going to want to drill and tap the receiver, Some people opt to use rivets like the rest of the receiver but I didn't do that so I can't help with that.I used a 9/64" drill bit for my stamped AK. I also measured and remeasured before doing any drilling. The rail should align with the top of your receiver but 1cm down. This dovetail fits both the UTG brand side rail and TufForce Adjustable rail great. I started with the UTG rail, which was constructed great and was very sturdy, but it sat too far to the right. I returned it and now have the TufForce on because of the adjustability.

Perfect! Easy to install, but don't screw up! I installed this on a CIA C39 AK-47 with a milled receiver. There is a YouTube how-to video that a guy made that is worth watching for how "not" to install this scope mount. He made critical mistakes, which he admits all the way through his installation. First, line the mount up properly with the receiver. Mark, punch, and drill one or the other (forward/rear) holes. Let me stress, use the correct drill size!!!!!! Otherwise, you will sheer your tap off if the hole is to small. Good luck drilling it out! He used a 1/8 drill bit which he said is close to a .33mm size needed. No it ain't! He broke his tap on the first hole. Unfortunately, he drilled the all there holes before taping one and securing the mount. His receiver was all "jacked" up at this point. Then he started talking about using one of the nuts on the inside to hold it on. Ain't going to work either on a milled receiver. They are for the stamped receiver. Anyway, saw this disaster coming right from the beginning. Now he's got to fill with Devcon or something?

The screws that came with the plate couldn't hold it together, but the plate itself was very sturdy. 8/32 screws in place of the originals made the plate function, but was a bit more machining than should be required. The bore holes had to be widened and the hole reamed a little to hold the bigger screws. Now it is worthy of being on an AK.

not sure if this is the one that comes with the button head screws or not but I bought these plates for $9.00 a piece with no hard wear.i decided to ream the holes out on my drill press and use some left over rivets from some ak builds to secure it to the receiver and filing the surface flush . it worked very well for what I planned with a near factory look. even if you don't have a lot of tools all you need is a drill and some bits to fit whatever hardwear you use.i recommend using locktight permanent (RED) is using any type of screws on any type of firearm, and dermal or file the protruding screw ends so they do not interfere with internals or look cheesy at the least. you can also go the extra mile and use black epoxy to fill screw holes to look like factory fasteners...I wouldn't use screws, though they will hold fine if you follow these steps.as for aligning it just line it up with the X and Y axis holes/pins and even out the space around the pins to allow even clearance. clamp it with 2 c clamps and use a drill bit for the rest. you don't need to remove the trigger group while aligning and drilling just to locktight, secure and dermal the extra threadshope this helps

I had purchased this to attach onto my Mosin Nagant 9130, since i love the Ak style mounting system. It was machined well with a good finish. People complain about UTG making rough equipment, but i would have to disagree. It does not come with bolts, or any instructions, but if you are going to be buying this, then you should have a planned out how to attach it.Anyways, i later on pre-drilled the holes, and tapped them, and put on the bolts (get them at Ace Hardware). I had to also weld a small piece of metal, about 1/4 wide, and 1.5 in long in order to support it on the Mosin's receiver. After i completed it all, i secured the bolts with some Loctite glue, and i was finished. The side plate still works great, it hasn't bent in anyway, and it holds on alot better than the original P/U Nagant scope mount.Over all this, is a great Side Plate for the buck.
