The handset cord detanglers are TOO FRAGILE! Within a few days of installation of the new handset cord and a new handset cord detangler, there appeared noise on the line as well as periods of no sound. While trying to figure out what was causing this, the handset detangler was removed and VOILA! all the line problems went away!

These would probably be great in someone’s home or somewhere that doesn’t require too much movement. I’ve used these for ~2 weeks in the retail pharmacy I work in, and if I put any tension on the phone cord whatsoever, the line is shaky and the other side can’t hear me. The connection from the phone cord to the twist-preventing part is very weak.

Something is wrong with the connectors on both ends of the cord. You have to play with it in order to hear or be heard on phone calls. Very disappointing.**Update** The seller has contacted me to apologize for the problem and graciously submitted a full refund to my account. Although I am disappointed that the product had a problem, I am extremely pleased with the very prompt response from the seller.

I’m hoping they actually prevent the actual twisting and entanglement of the phone cord . So far so good after a couple of weeks . Time will tell .

I bought this to use as a keyboard cable for an old computer (Amiga 1000). It works well for that purpose.I'm subtracting a star because I thought the cable was grey based on the picture. It's actually white.

I use a corded landline phone, most of which are cheaply built. After calling on phone service repair and the purchase of multiple phones discovered that all the interference and disconnect problems were related to the handset cord connection to the phone base. Detangler relieves pressure on the phone connection, my phone works wonderfully now.

My mother has gotten the phone cord tangled up for as long as I can remember. Recently, at age 98, she kept dropping her telephone on the floor due to the tangled, shortened cord. I purchased this one as it included both the detangler and a new cord (to replace the old one) in white. We couldn't be happier! Super easy to install, no more tangles, and no more telephone on the floor!

***** 5 STARS!!I purchased this 2-pack of white phone cords with de-tangler. The price was amazing, at under $10, for a pair! I have one, in use, and the other, for a back up. So far , they are working perfectly. I use them in my retail business everyday. It's great to have a land line with this long of a cord. The de-tangler allows you to turn and move, in any direction you would like to, while on the phone, without the cord getting stuck, or tangled up. WORKS GREAT! Highly recommend!
