They are reasonably well calibrated to switch from closed to open at the set point. The large temp gap between switching open at Tmax back to closed at Tmin (not specified) can be a issue as it is not adjustable (it is not claimed to be adjustable). I am attempting to use it for temperature control using a heater circuit but find that the control range a bit wide. So, I end up with a bit too hot at one end and a bit too cool at the other. Still, it does what it is claimed to do. I was just hoping for a simple design.

Depending on your application, these may work. I only checked out a few of them around the temp I needed. The ones I tested usually tripped-out 2-3 degrees C below their rated spec (which is within the rated tolerance). However, instead of resetting when cooled to 15 degrees C below their trip point, I found they usually reset about 7-8 degrees C below their trip point. It was just good enough for my purpose.

Used the 100 degree switch to repair an industrial Bunn Multi-Burner coffee pot. Had to cut off mounting ring as coffee pot had a clip instead. Switch is hidden underneath and behind heater pot. Nice to have the option to change cut-out temp with a different switch. Bought this whole set because individual switches cost the same and took longer. May wind up using a couple more of the remaining switches for my 3d printer enclosure. I've bought Uxcell items before and will continue to buy again.
