I woke up to no hot water on Monday and e-mailed a request for assistance to Rinkmo's customer service department. Come Wednesday, no response after 48 hours and three cold showers. So I did some basic troubleshooting on my Rinkmo EI18, swapped the cold input and hot output sensors and determined that I probably had a bad hot output sensor. I found these sensors, and decided to give them a go as I was getting desperate. They arrived on Thursday, shortly before 2pm and by 3pm I had hot water again! Very easy to replace the hot output sensor, the cable was just the right length, and the small connector fit my control board perfectly. I stashed the extra sensor inside the heater's cabinet so I have a spare if needed.

El equipo cumple con su función, sin embargo tiene algunos detalles que lo alejan de ser una buena opción, la primera es que la tapa no se fija al cuerpo del molino y esto hace que se difícil de manipular, transportar y hasta sacar de la caja se hace muy complicado. Segundo, la batería no parece ser de buena calidad, después de una recarga completa, he realizado 4 molidas de 20 segundos y ya está en el 50%. Veremos que más detalles encuentro

Bought these to replace bad thermal sensors on my Rinkmo tankless heater. These worked better that other brands I have bought, and the wires were the perfect length. Got my unit running like new again.
